MAJOR CHANGE TO CAMPER REGISTRATION PROCESS

ALL registrations and $25 non-refundable deposits are to be sent to camp.
New registration steps:

  1. The camper fills out the registration form.
  2. The camper makes out a check ($25 non-refundable deposit) to Bluewater Covenant Bible Camp. Â (We may/hope to have credit card payments on-line soon.)
  3. The camper sends the registration form and check to Bluewater Covenant Bible Camp.
  4. Once Camp receives the registration, one of three things will happen.
    • We notify the church that the camper is registered for camp x.
    • We notify the camper that the camp is full and they may choose to come to the other available week or be put on a waiting list.
    • We may try to create an extra cabin if the waiting list is long enough.
  5. Before the camp week begins we will notify each church who is on their list for that camp.
  6. The camper/ churches are responsible for the balance at the beginning of the camp.
